Veteran Helping Veterans

As a US Air Force Veteran, John offers specialized counseling for service members, veterans, and military families who face unique mental health challenges. From PTSD and combat stress to deployment-related family issues, BRG Counseling provides a safe, judgment-free space where military experiences are deeply understood and respected, with care that's tailored to the specific needs of the military community.

Session Lengths & Fees
Individual and couples counseling sessions are 50 minutes long, whether held in-person or online, and are priced at $100 per session. I also accept select insurance plans—please reach out to confirm if your provider is covered.

For crisis situations, 30-minute add-ons are available to ensure you get the support you need when it matters most.

Group Counseling for Addiction
Group sessions, specifically for individuals struggling with addiction, are 2 hours long and provide a mix of peer support and educational tools.
